Sales & Marketing Supervisor

We are now looking for a high-energy and self-motivated individual to fill the following position in our HK exciting team:

Sales & Marketing Supervisor/Specialist in chemical industry (mostly for HK and PRC, and other APAC markets in the future)

Budgeted Salary: HK$21,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business leads and opportunities to expand our client base
• Handle inquiry from clients, prepare quotation and gather information of potential clients in the market
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through excellent communication and customer service
• Maintain and update monthly sales report and customer records.
• Supporting the sales team with other administrative tasks, such as inventory planning, prepare marketing activities and etc.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Director

Requirements:

• 3 years or above work experience in sales administration
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
• Good command in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, independent, and a team player with strong communication skills
• Occasional travel may be required
• Immediate availability and short notice are highly preferred
