Job Description:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR & Admin team;
- Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors;
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier and messenger service;
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and oversee office equipment maintenance;
- Support responses to external customer inquiries (on-line platform);
- Assist in company activities such as briefing/training coordination.
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE graduated or above;
- 1 year of clerical or administration or CS experience (Fresh graduates will be considered);
- Good at MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English. Good in Mandarin is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Candidate with more experience in Office Admin will be considered as Admin Coordinator.
