Estate Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist Estate Manager day-to-day property operations;
- To supervise operational staff to deliver quality services to meet customers’ expectations
- Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations;
- Build up and maintain good relationship with clients;
- Handle enquiries and complaints from clients;
- Participate in meetings with owners’ organization and coordinate management and maintenance works
- Follow up ad-hoc task(s) assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent.
- Grade E or above in 2 subjects at HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the HKCEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent.
- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE, or Level 3 Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE, or equivalent.
- Possesses a recognized diploma/certificate in Property Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good communication skills and be able to work with people at all levels.
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing.
Assistant Estate Officer
Requirements
- At least Level 2 in five subjects including English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent or a pass in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent; and
- Enrolled to a course, on completion will be equivalent to any the following qualification:
- (1) Accredited sub-degree qualifications including Higher Diploma or Associate Degree offered by local institutions;
- (2) Certificate/Diploma in Housing Management of the University of Hong Kong; or
- (3) Degree or a postgraduate degree from a Hong Kong University; or equivalent; and
- At least 1 year working experience in the field of property management in Hong Kong;
