About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to lead client-facing negotiations, drive sales growth, and build long-term strategic partnerships. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads to expand the company's client base, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
- Lead client negotiations to secure contracts, focusing on win-win outcomes and revenue maximization
- Demonstrate the company's products and services to provide valuable insights to clients and cater client needs
- Build and strengthen relationship with institutional clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to align proposals with client expectations and enhance product/service delivery
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field
3+ years of proven success in B2B/B2C sales/client-facing roles (preferably in Insurance industry, Brokers firm)
- Excellent local and mainland business network and have strong business acumen to expand clients pool
- Knowledge on Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Payment solution will be an advantage
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to represent the company at high-level meetings, industry conferences/events
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to address client concerns and complex deal structures
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
