Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks: invoicing, bookkeeping, expense tracking, and reconciliation
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and leave tracking
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Support management with ad hoc tasks and reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Discreet, trustworthy, and proactive
- Immediately available is preferred
