Accounts Clerk (Ref: 10725)

We are looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following position:

Accounts Clerk

(Ref: 10725)

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties including data entry and document filing;
• Prepare vouchers, cheques, bank receipts and handle online payment transactions;
• Update Bank Book daily;
• Support quarter end closing and prepare account schedules on a timely basis;
• Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above / LCCI second level or above;
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Familiar with AI tools;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
