Job Responsibilities:
- liaise and negotiate with tenants, property agents for new lease and tenancy renewal
- handle tenants' related enquiries and complaints
- assign cleaner and technician to do their daily jobs
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- at lease one year relevant experience
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
