Account Services/Sales Coordinator (Toys)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Services/Sales Coordinator person to join our team and provide support to our account services efforts. The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining relationships with customers. They act as the main point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring that customers’ needs are met and service expectations are consistently exceeded. This role involves strategic account management, problem-solving, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support customers' orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Handle customer's daily correspondence such as inquiries, complaints and claims
• Maintain project milestones by collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of key activities
• Oversee on-boarding new accounts and processing orders
• Maintain documentation trail and give visibility to projects status and documentation changes
• Highlight to and work with partners to resolve variances against plan
• Organize tradeshows and arrange meetings with overseas customers

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Engineering / Business Administration / Supply Chain or related discipline preferred but not required
• Over 3 years of experience in account services within toy or consumer products industry
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in using ERP system
• A team player and must have aptitude working with different cultures
• Self-motivated, logical thinking and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills with high proficiency in both writing and spoken English and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Junior Sales Coordinator position
