職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • To strengthen business relationship between customer and factory
  • Manage sales administration team to handle sales inquiries, sample, order processing & confirmation, quotation and price calculation between customer and factory
  • To provide sales administration & logistic support for Export Division
  • To carry out ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 5 years working experience in trading & manufacturing field is preferable
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Chinese word processing; V-lookup) and MS Powerpoint
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong leadership, presentation & problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn new things
  • Immediately available is preferable
