Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in both business and personal matters, collaborating with the administrative team.
- Manage travel arrangements including transportation, flights, and hotel accommodations
- Manage the driver's schedule and company cars
- Make restaurant reservations and organize gift deliveries as needed
- Assist with day-to-day office administrative tasks and provide support
- Collaborate on property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as required
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as delegated by team leads or management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience working at a family office will be an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese; proficient writing skills in English is an advantage
- A good team player with strong ability to multitask, be flexible, proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented while working independently
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude with effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work outside of office hours when necessary
