職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in both business and personal matters, collaborating with the administrative team.
  • Manage travel arrangements including transportation, flights, and hotel accommodations
  • Manage the driver's schedule and company cars
  • Make restaurant reservations and organize gift deliveries as needed
  • Assist with day-to-day office administrative tasks and provide support
  • Collaborate on property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as required
  • Undertake other ad hoc assignments as delegated by team leads or management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience working at a family office will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese; proficient writing skills in English is an advantage
  • A good team player with strong ability to multitask, be flexible, proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented while working independently
  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude with effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to work outside of office hours when necessary
