Job Description

• Lead Operations:Oversee the daily operations of the Travel team, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

• Business Development:Design and implement travel products, manage supplier partnerships, and negotiate competitive rates and terms with airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and car rental partners.

• Develop Strategies:Develop and execute strategic travel management plans customized to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Enhance Market Presence:Analyze industry trends and customer insights to craft effective marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and improve client engagement.

• Inspire Excellence:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of travel consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Travel management, with a proven record of operational excellence.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with strong communication skills
• Proficient in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
• Proven success in client service, supplier negotiations, and relationship management.
• Strong leadership, time management, and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
