Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager (IT Training & eLearning Solution)

As a Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager at Kenfil Hong Kong Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's IT training and eLearning solution offerings. Based in the Wan Chai District, this full-time position will see you responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting Kenfil's products and services to potential customers.

Responsible for:

• Ability to coordinate effectively with respective internal parties such as Pre-sales & Post-sales team

• Identify customer needs and promote the best training / eLearning solutions to clients

• Manage and maintain good business relationship with clients to achieve personal and team sales' target

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns to promote Kenfil's products and services

• Providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients

Requirement:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the IT training or eLearning industry

• Higher Diploma/degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / PR / IT related discipline

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Must be self-motivated, team-player & result-oriented

• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the IT training and eLearning market

• Large corporate account service and marketing experiences preferred

• Demonstrated track record of sales success preferably with Training

• Good communication, both verbal and written, English & Chinese with good presentation skills, Mandarin will be an advantage.

• Willing to work overtime & meet tight deadlines
