Work content:

1. Provide professional course introduction and systematic explanation to students' parents, clearly convey the training value of the course, recommend appropriate course plans according to customers' needs, and effectively promote registration;

2. Make and complete the personal work plan on time, actively follow up the information of potential customers and students, and regularly update and maintain the customer database to ensure the effective management of customer resources;

3. Get the contact information of parents from the delivery department and invite parents to the store to experience the course by telephone, thus improving the storage rate and conversion rate; Win the trust of customers with professional and meticulous services, improve customer satisfaction and reputation,promote the recommendation of existing customers and expand enrollment channels;

4. Cooperate with the team to achieve the enrollment goal, participate in marketing activities, and help enhance the brand influence;

Requirements:

1. Have a college degree or above, have engaged in sales and management related work in the education industry, and have more than 5 years of experience; Familiar with children's perception, concentration and autism curriculum system is preferred;

2. Aged between 30 and 45, able to work stably for a long time and adapt to the post rhythm;

3. Good communication skills in Cantonese, able to communicate smoothly with local parents, and holders of local accounts in Hong Kong are preferred. Can speak Mandarin and English.
