Key Responsibilities:
- Empower educational institutions, hospitals, medical companies, and government departments (e.g., legal, public security) to accelerate digital transformation through AI-powered software solutions and intelligent technologies.
- Build rapport and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across target segments, including school administrators, hospital IT directors, medical company decision-makers, and government officials.
- Develop proactive sales strategies and end-to-end solution selling approaches tailored to the unique needs of education, healthcare, and public service sectors.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing industry pain points (e.g., smart campus management, AI-assisted teaching, healthcare data analytics, public safety tech), and strengthen customer stickiness through customized account development plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, technical, delivery) to align solutions with client requirements and deliver high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in EdTech, Computer Science, or related fields with industry insights. (experience in AI/software sales is a plus).
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI solutions, edtech, healthcare IT, or government/enterprise software sales. A track record in closing deals with educational institutions, hospitals, medical firms, or public sector clients is highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of AI-driven software products (e.g., smart education platforms, healthcare analytics tools) and their application in solving industry-specific challenges.
Proven ability to design and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., school principals, hospital administrators).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
- Fluent in Cantonese (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
