Regional Sales Manager - Relay & Circuit Breaker

Hongfa Electroacoustic (HK) Co., Ltd., the Hong Kong subsidiary of Xiamen Hongfa Group (a listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and with its relay ranking global No.1). Our business covers more than 120 countries and sales regions, including the products as Electronic Relays, Medium and Low Voltage Circuit Breakers, Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Film Capacitor, Connectors and so on. Regional Sales Manager - Relay & Circuit Breaker

Responsibilities:

1. Perform sales activities to promote and sell Hongfa products, and build solid relationships with major local customers in EMS, electronics, electric R&D and manufacturing, relays, medium and low voltage electrical appliances, high and low voltage complete equipment, connectors, capacitors, precision parts and automation equipment, EV car, e-scooter, charging pile, battery energy storage, power grid industries, and more, achieving or exceeding revenue objectives.

2. Responsible for collecting electronics & electrical market information, developing new customers, collaboration and management on some specific regional sales team, and providing new growth points for business.

3. Cooperate with project department to launch new projects and foster teamwork.

4. Participate in exhibition and events to promote Hongfa products.

5. Perform tasks assigned by the company, including assisting with local visits or other activities arranged by the company, as well as other matters.

6. Comply to the regulations and guidance of Company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales / business development, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry.

2. A background in sales of relays, circuit breakers, or other electronic components is preferred.

3. Knowledge of the ASEAN Local and Greater Bay Area’s market and industry trends.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is required; willing to travel to Mainland China and overseas if necessary.

6. A positive and proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a spirit of never giving up.

7. Disciplined and compliant with Hongfa HK’s culture and requirements.
