IS/IT Intern, Business Application

Role

You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the company Business Applications systems, and application components. This role also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer Business Applications based on end-user's requirements or ongoing needs while providing excellent customer service.
• Analyze system errors and work with end users and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution.
• Help diagnose performance issues related to business applications and work with internal and external vendors in their resolution.
• Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.
• Prepare user training document for business applications and associated processes with business departments

Requirements

• Undergraduate / Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information System, Finance or relevant disciplines
• Knowledge of IS/IT
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (Cantonese is a plus)
• Commitment to a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months OR 3 days part-time internship with not less than 1 year
