Key Responsibilities
Business Onboarding :Identify and engage with potential beauty and wellness businesses for partnership and onboarding onto the HelloToby platform.
Market Research :Conduct basic research to understand market trends and identify potential business partners.
Client Engagement :Build initial contact and foster relationships with prospective partners, guiding them through the onboarding process.
Collaboration and Learning :Work closely with experienced team members to learn about effective business development strategies, e-commerce trends, and client management.
Feedback and Improvemen :Actively seek and provide feedback on processes to improve the partner and customer experience on the platform.
Who We’re Looking For
- Associate Degree holders in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields
- Strong interest in e-commerce, beauty, and wellness services, with a keenness to learn and grow in these areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential partners and team members.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team
- Familiarity with standard computer applications; additional training will be provided as needed
