職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handling clients
  • Answering calls & handling general inquiries
  • Appointments arrangement and conference room management
  • Handling letters, document sending and receiving and basic paperwork
  • Assisting lawyers and team to handle daily administrative affairs
  • Maintaining order at the front desk

Job requirements:

  • From 5 / HKDSE or above with at least 2 years working experiences
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized

We provide:

  • Double Pay, Bank Holiday
  • 12 days of Annual Leave
  • 5 days work week
