Responsibilities:
- Handling clients
- Answering calls & handling general inquiries
- Appointments arrangement and conference room management
- Handling letters, document sending and receiving and basic paperwork
- Assisting lawyers and team to handle daily administrative affairs
Maintaining order at the front desk
Job requirements:
- From 5 / HKDSE or above with at least 2 years working experiences
- Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized
We provide:
- Double Pay, Bank Holiday
- 12 days of Annual Leave
- 5 days work week
