Customer Service Officer / Account Executive (Books, Gifts and Stationery)

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following up customers accounts independently, problem-solving, interactions with factories
  • Conduct quotation comparison, price negotiation and material cost calculation
  • Work closely with internal deparments (QA, Engineering, Production, Sourcing etc.)
  • Follow up on critical path from quotation to shipment
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Travel to China or Overseas factory is required

 Requirement:

  • Degree holder or HKCEE/DSE with relevant experience also welcome
  • Candidate with at least 5 years or above in Customer Service in manufacturing, experience in printing industry is preferred
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work independently and under tight schedule
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English
