We are a reputable hi-end interior fitting-out contracting company and looking for competent candidate as follows:
QS Assistant / Project Secretary / Clerical
Job Responsibilities
1) Assist in preparing Quantities Surveyor’s documents, reports, and presentations;
2) Support QS to prepare the letters, quotation, Contracts, POs and relevant schedule and any commercial reports.
3) Handle correspondence, information, communication with relevant parties, and mails;
4) Clerical support to commercial and contract team
5) Document control
6) Data entry
Job Requirements
· HKDSE / Higher diploma / Associate Degree Holder and/or above
· 1 -2 year clerk / sales coordinator experience
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
· Independent, well-organized, polite and willing to learn
· Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint;
