職位描述

Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up internal / external enquires and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Leading customer services team to provide professional customer services and solve capabilities to clients
To be responsible for new account opening and outsider broker account opening issue.
To liaise and co-ordinate with sales team & technical team for customer's request
To cooperate with RO on daily work
To support the implementation on FATCA requirements

Requirements:

At least 5 year’s relevant experience in securities firm or financial institution
SFC Type 1 Licensed Holder
Experience on KYC, AML check and FATCA
Ability to coach, train and develop junior customer service officer
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with accuracy
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
