Job Description:

1. Follow up order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery;

2. Liaise with logistics companies and suppliers to coordinate transportation, inbound and products changes;

3. Handle order-related documentation and data entry to maintain complete order records;

4. Assist in responding to customer inquiries and handling after-sales issues;

5. Support daily operations for the sales and shipping teams.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to write in both Chinese and English.

2. Detail oriented, responsible, with good time management and multitasking skills.

3. Proficient in Excel and other office software.

4. Experience in merchandising or logistics is preferred.

5. Good team player and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

工作職責：

1. 跟進客戶訂單流程，確保訂單準確及按時交付；

2. 與物流公司和供應商聯絡，協調運輸和貨品入庫及變貨事宜；

3. 處理訂單相關文件及資料錄入，保持訂單紀錄完整；

4. 協助回應客戶查詢及處理售後問題；

5. 支援銷售及倉庫團隊的日常營運工作。

職位要求：

1. 有中英文書寫能力;

2. 細心、責任感強，具備良好時間管理及多工處理能力；

3. 熟悉Excel及辦公室軟件操作；

4. 有跟單或物流相關工作經驗者優先；

5. 具團隊合作精神，能適應壓力和快節奏工作環境
