Assistant Project Manager (E&M)

• Member of HKIE or other relevant professional body
• Not less than 5 years relevant working experience
• Good communication skill

Responsibilities

1. Report to Project Director / Project Manager

2. Assist Project Manager on the project management works, including but not limited to,

• project appraisal – M&E aspects
• M&E consultant appointment
• M&E contract procurement
• design review on M&E aspects
• submission coordination
• detail drawing checking
• meeting and coordination works
• site monitoring / inspection
• quality of works inspection
• payment arrangement and
• defect rectification verification

3. Cost and time control

4. Conceptual design for feasibility study

5. Assist in project acquisition

6. Accountable for the success of the projects assigned

Requirements

A. Member of HKIE or other relevant professional body

B. Not less than 5 years relevant post-qualification project management experience,

C. HK project experience is a must and preferably with exposure in Mainland China projects

D. Responsible and reliable

E. Self-initiative and hard working under pressure

F. Good communication skill

G. Traveling may be required

H. Skillful in prevailing computer software

I. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
