店長/店鋪經理（服飾）

崗位職責：

1.管理店鋪團隊人員，帶領團隊完成店鋪銷售目標；

2.帶領團隊建立和維護客戶關係，提高客戶忠誠度，傳遞運動理念，帶給顧客好的體驗；

3.指導、培訓團隊成員的產品知識、服務及銷售技巧，不斷激勵團隊成員成長；

4.合理安排店鋪員工工作，維護店內陳列及其他文宣資料，按照公司標準，執行品牌策略；

任職要求：

1.5年以上零售或服務行業管理崗經驗，具有一定的領導力；

2.熱衷零售行業，關注時尚，熱愛運動，有抖音或小紅書經驗優先；

3.以目標為導向，關注結果，具有管理大型店鋪的能力；

4.具備良好的溝通能力及服務意識，做事積極主動，責任心强。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage store team members and lead the team to achieve store sales targets;

2. Lead the team to establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer loyalty, convey sports concepts, and provide customers with a good experience;

3. Guide and train team members on product knowledge, service, and sales skills, and continuously motivate team members to grow;

4. Reasonably arrange the work of store employees, maintain in store displays and other promotional data, and implement brand strategies in accordance with company standards;

Job requirements:

More than 1.5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry, with certain leadership skills;

2. Be keen on the retail industry, pay attention to fashion, love sports, and have experience in Tiktok or Little Red Book is preferred;

3. Goal oriented, results oriented, and capable of managing large stores;

4. Possess good communication skills and service awareness, be proactive in work, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
