We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our Guilin Integral Business growth in the education and training sector, targeting universities, corporate clients, and youth markets. Key responsibilities include developing strategic pipelines, cultivating client partnerships, conducting market research focused on leadership development, sustainability, ESG, and youth trends, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams.  The ideal candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in educational product sales, strong analytical and communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:Launch business developments from the ground up, targeting universities, corporations, and youth markets. Engage in business pipeline development and client acquisition while building and maintaining stable business partnerships.

  • Process Management: Develop SOP based on business development needs and monitor implementation processes. Establish realistic business performance indicators, and systematically decompose them into actionable annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans. Monitor the execution plans and conduct regular reviews.

  • Pipeline Management: Analyse sales data, customer profile and characteristics to identify sales patterns. Leverage existing group resources and those of subsidiaries to cultivate and manage sales pipeline, promoting the establishment of emerging businesses and new products in high-end markets.

  • Market Research: Conduct research from case studies, surveys, and interviews to gain insights for macro trends, market dynamics and competitor analysis in the corporate management training industry. Focus particularly on leadership development, sustainable development management, philanthropy management, youth market and areas related to ESG concepts and practices. Provide decision-making support for marketing strategy formulation and new product development.

  • Demand Exploration: Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and technical teams to conduct pre-sales activities for learning projects or products. Investigate and analyse potential clients’ needs, coordinating with internal departments to address the needs accurately. Offer feasible suggestions to potential clients and ensure follow-up on progress.

  • Project Follow-up: Visit clients and maintain relationships, establishing customer ecosystems in various interconnected events. Conduct business negotiations, meetings, agreement signing and implementation, along with after-sales service to achieve sales objectives and create opportunities for continuous development.

  • Client Management: Establish a tiered customer classification system and a client profile management mechanism to effectively manage the client lifecycle. Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and necessary follow-ups. Supervise and promptly address customer complaints or feedback, while creating opportunities for next business development and value-added services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience related to education and training products or solutions, particularly in managing sales or pipeline for significant clients; experience with involvement in NGOs or educational institutions is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills. Demonstrate responsibility and commitment, with a high level of proficiency in analytical thinking, planning, and organizational competencies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and embrace challenges, skilled in identifying and establishing potential business partnerships.
  • Quick to adapt to new concepts and a fast learner.
  • Attention to detail and capable to work independently within assigned responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Occasional travel to PRC is required
