Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales and business development role. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
Leveraging our companies 40+ year history as a leading supply chain partner to retailers and brands globally. The Business Development Manager’s focus is to hunt and develop new sales opportunities. You will promote our products, services and groups capabilities while managing all client facing communication. You will also communicate closely with internal development and sourcing teams to lead all necessary business development activities.
Job Responsibilities:
· Source, Identify and Build relationships with prospective clients
· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to manage orders
· Manage sales pipeline
· Experience in distributing Consumer / FMCG on giftware / kitchenware is preferable
· Manage internal operation teams ensuring timely delivery and maintain a happy customer.
· Coordinate sales activities with operation teams
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with in related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in retail and wholesale industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal qualifying, identifying opportunities and deal closing
- Experience in Europe or North America Market
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for business
