Business Analyst (Insurance experience required)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for insurance related projects.
• Analyze and assess existing processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Contribute to solution design and participate in configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate activities using sound project management practices.
• Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

• Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance industry, particularly in supporting Policy Administration System and have experience as Business BA.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience managing deliverables and timelines.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in business English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills being advantageous.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
