Manufacturing & Export ERP Coordinator

Manufacturing & Export ERP Coordinator for a dynamic International Food Factory located in South Side of HK Island.  Corso Italia is a rapidly expanding business, supplying premium trade and retail customers in export markets.

Successful Applicant will work in Tin Wan (Aberdeen) and may travel close to HK. Please do not apply if this location is not suitable.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Main job duty/work:
• Plan and implement all aspects of manufacturing. New production will be in accordance with Macau specs and those specs should be placed in ERP system in accordance with FSSC/ISO requirements
• Products, Bills of Material and process information should be reviewed and conform to Macau and export market requirements and FSSC/ISO.  Prepare product information in the ERP which is necessary for export of products to Macau.
• Coordinate with production team.
• Determine automation of repeat tasks to facilitate production, supply chain & export processes.

KEY SKILLS:

Training will be provided but the following background is important:

• Manuacturing planning expertise
• Knowledge of overseas supply chain requirements, willingness to travel to Macau
• Advanced Computer skills, ERP exerience, manufacturing software and planning
• English (required) Portuguese, Italian are preferable, others useful.

* Prepare special reports to track sales and embed in ERP for regular monitoring o export sales

* Other tasks from time to time coordinated with management
