Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of daily office administrative operations, including:
- Greeting guests and handling incoming calls and emails
- Managing courier services and procurement of office supplies/stationery
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate filing record for company documents and payment records
- Verify invoices and ensure alignment with office expenses
- Assist in office contract renewals and documentation.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external vendors
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Experience in administration or secretarial work is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin;
- Immediate availability preferred
