Business development Officer (5 days work)

Job Duties:

• Actively develop new clients, establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide professional sales support for company products or services.
• Responsible for formulating business development strategies, exploring market opportunities, expanding customer base, and driving business growth.
• Requires frequent face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and assist in issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and provide high-quality customer service.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales reports and proposals to showcase products' or services' value and competitive advantages

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales-related roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating cross-department teams to meet customer needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strategic thinker, results-driven, constantly seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
