Your Role

• Greet and assist customers, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle inquiries, registrations, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage office administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain center operations.
• Ensure the learning center is well-organized, clean, and conducive to a positive learning environment.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years working experience, preferably in education or service industry.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in office software applications and comfortable with financial tasks.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, and basic financial management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficient in written and verbal Chinses & English is a must
