Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Senior Manager/Manager to play a key role in expanding our market presence. Reporting directly to the Director of the Business Line, this position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving growth in the ESG and sustainability consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to drive market expansion.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align service offerings with market demands.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in ESG, sustainability, or consulting sectors.
• Strong network and connections within relevant industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely without on-site supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
