Roles:
- Manage the procurement for all out-source manufacturer
- Generate periodical procurement report
- Manage local logistics for all out-sourced orders
- Prepare DO/DN for all out-sourced orders with local customers
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and overseas factories to maintain smooth sales transaction
- Support Sales Team in daily documentation work
- Pricing enquiry and management with various factories/ suppliers
- Prepare sales report, data, progression with regular updates
- Manage order processing after order closing by sales team with smooth internal stakeholders communication
- Support full set logistics and delivery arrangement
- Support company's updated directives in related to sales co-ordination works
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 2 years relevant logistics or sales coordinator experience
- Able to handle procurement work-flow from end-to-end
- Understand how to communicate with China factory for smooth procurement process
- Working experience in engineering firm is a benefit
- Good organization and communication skills preferrable
- Able to work under pressure
