Lighting Engineer / Technical Coordinator - Lighting

Roles:

• Provide full support to sales team in all technical aspects, including designing and proposing lighting products and systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting
• Manage to command full lighting proposal from design to implementation with site supervision
• Coordinate well with internal and external parties all through-out the projects, to ensure smooth running of the whole process
• Liaise with external parties such as developers, architects, interior designers, M&E consultants, contractors and lighting designers, factories and suppliers, etc. to facilitate proper and enough flow of technical information and project schedule requirements
• Able to work individually for the arrangement of on-site meetings or trouble-shooting with relevant parties
• Keep up with the latest technologies and innovation ideas in the lighting industry, as one of the contributions to the company to gain competitive edge

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in engineering disciplines, preferably in electrical and electronics
• Minimum 1 year hands on experience in relevant discipline
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in AutoCad, Dialux, and MS Office applications
• Experience in latest lighting calculation software preferable
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and presentation skills required
• Proactive and detail-minded
• Able to work under pressure with tight completion requirement
• Applicant with less experience might considered the post of Technical Coordinator

Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior Lighting Engineer.
