Sales Administrator

Bun Kee (International) Limited is a subsidiary of China Pipe Group Limited (HKEX: 0380.HK), which is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We are a well-established company in the trading of a comprehensive range of pipes and fittings in Hong Kong and Macau.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide Sales Administration support to the Sales Team
• To liaise closely with the sales team and handle regular Sales & Administration duties, including order processing and logistics arrangements
• Build and maintain good relationships with key accounts
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties

• To handle ad-hoc jobs as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized and willing to learn
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Must be self-motivated & hard-working
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
