Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities :
• Plan and execute leasing strategy to achieve target occupancy rate
• Strengthen relationships with relocation agents, corporates and existing tenants to drive sales
• Explore different marketing channels and propose effective marketing strategies to management
• Handle all reservation enquiries via online platform and incoming call
• Conduct apartment viewing and contract signing with potential tenants
• Coordinate with team members to achieve company goals and provide better service
• Collect market intelligence to facilitate the development of sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• To perform any ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma holder in Hotel / Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in luxury hotels/ serviced apartments
• Highly motivated achiever, with outstanding communication skills
• Must have the ability to identify, pursue and convert business opportunities
• Experience in luxury market preferred
• Have a natural flair for sales and be energetic
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong System knowledge with experience in Opera or Hotel PMS is a plus
