Responsibilities -
- To provide the clerical and administrative support to back office management;
- To be responsible for system and filing update; and facilitate the business operation
- Handle and review the corresponding reports with follow-up action
- Communication and Coordinate with various functions for logistics arrangement
- Offer assistance to the related departments if necessary
Requirements –
- Form 7 / Secondary certificate HKDSE or above; tertiary education is a plus
- 3-Year working experience or above in back office operation support, coordination and administration
- Fundamental computer knowledge skills
- Committed, stable, detail orientated, willing to learn with strong team spirit
- Positive attitudes with effective communication and collaboration skills
