Assistant Engineer / Engineer

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in aftersales service activities of BMU services and maintenance
• Provide technical support and related possible solution on gondola technical issue
• Responsible for quotation preparation, tender submission or related documentation works following group policies
• Work with service team in assisting site inspection, material sourcing, renewal of maintenance and service contracts etc.
• Liaise, communicate, and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and progress of works (work management) compliance with the requirement
• Ensure work done of the team is properly invoiced and payment is received
• Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 2 years relevant working experience in service or building maintenance is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates or less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Engineer
• Immediately available is an advantage
