職位描述

The Job:

To take order from customers on the trucking arrangement.
To prepare required documentation timely and accurately in accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP) & Operational Process Standard (OPS).
To handle packing & sorting of document for dispatching.
To handle customer enquiries and complaints in good service manner.
To assist in preparation of statistic reports for internal use and for customer’s needs.
To take up additional tasks as required to meet the company’s needs.

The Qualifications:

Tertiary education graduate(Asso/ HD/ Bachelor's Degree) with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.
Fresh graduates with positive attitude are also welcome.
Good command of English and proficient in Mandarin
Good PC knowledge.
Independent, initiative and willing to learn.
Good communication and customer service skill.

The Future:

Candidate for supervisory position.
