Thanks to the collaboration among the three core divisions: Audiovisual Equipment and Furniture Rental, Event Management and Event Staffing, GL events China is not simply an equipment rental company, but a versatile turnkey event services provider which serves Hong Kong, China, Macau and Asia Pacific region.
To cope with our rapid expansion, we are looking for:
Position: Project Manager
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher diploma with 5 years’ experience in event industry. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
- Be passionate and having strong interest in event industry
- Able to work independently with minor supervision, an energetic and sensible team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude
- Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Willing to work overtime & outside normal office hours
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for project management, duties include but not limit to site survey, pre-event preparation, venue setup, onsite management, etc.
- Ensure quotations and tenders are completed and submitted on time.
- Liaise and coordinates with multiple parties, including event venues, clients, contractors and internal departments
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company
