職位描述

Purpose of the Role: Responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll functions and HRIS implementation and enhancement project, maintaining accurate employee database and records in HRIS, and providing administration support of staff benefit programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end payroll functions (e.g. monthly payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, MPF contributions, final payments etc.) for Hong Kong & Macao market

  • Responsible for HRIS implementation and enhancement project

  • Maintain accurate employee database and records in HRIS

  • Responsible for the administration management of staff benefit programs such as medical insurance, MPF scheme and employee compensation

  • Participate in preparing Compensation & Benefits related surveys and regular reports

  • Perform ad hoc project as assigned

 

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or relevant discipline

  • With over 1-2 years of relevant hands-on payroll experience in a sizable firm

  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations & HR practice

  • With solid work experience in SAP and/or other HRIS systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced skills in MS Excel

  • Proactive, team player capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment with problem solving ability

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and strong sense of responsibility

  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
