Store Development Specialist (6-9 months)

Responsibilities

• Design and standardise VM & experience flows (e.g., Experience Zone + Café Corner); train stores and audit execution.
• Lead renovations end-to-end: scope, tendering, vendor management, permits/compliance, timeline, budget.
• Tie every change to KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales/sq.ft., recruitment) and track results with POS/BI.
• Co-author and roll out the Physical center customer experience Playbook v1 (standards, checklists, photo guides).
• Coach the tour team on layouts, storytelling, and in-store activation.

Requirements

• Portfolio in VM/retail design and hands-on project/renovation delivery.
• Strong vendor & schedule control; basic compliance know-how (safety, F&B desirable).
• Comfortable with Excel/Power BI; can define and monitor retail KPIs.
• Languages: Cantonese & English (Mandarin a plus).
• With occasional travel to Tuen Mun & Macau.
