Quality Control Supervisor

Job Descriptions

•  Plan, implement and report all quality assurance and control tasks required by ISO22000 and HACCP requirements in order to comply and maintain certification as required by our customers.
•  Prepare and maintain food safety documentation and record keeping (e.g. update working instructions, record verification, process flow, and other compliance documentation).
• Perform and oversee daily hygiene inspection and monitor daily operation.
• Equipment calibration and regular sampling.
• Complete full sets of documentation for customer signup and attend audits of Food Safety Management System.
• Assist to participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

•   Form 5 or Higher diploma holder.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred. 

Training will be provided but the following background is important:-

•  Food factory production/supervisory experience in relevant products and/or in the food industry.
• Hygiene Manager certification.
• ISO/HACCP planning, set up and implementation experience for food warehouse and factory.
•  General Computer skills (Chinese Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP use.

Working Location: Tin Wan (Aberdeen).
