The Challenge

Your mission: Triple customer acquisition by transforming our marketing and branding from good to exceptional.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll craft the strategy together with the CEO and leadership team, roll out the implementation, optimize systems, build the team and drive results.

What You'll Do

• Scale paid acquisition: 3X customer acquisition  through proven digital performance channels

• Optimize performance: Improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS through relentless testing

• Shape positioning: Define and execute Spacebox's brand messaging (with agency/fractional CMO support)

• Strategic partner: Work directly with CEO on growth strategy and budget planning and deployment

• Manage the team: Manage, develop and grow the existing marketing team (4 people)

Who You Are

Must-haves:

• 5+ years scaling paid acquisition with proven results (show us the numbers)

• Expert in Facebook/Google ads with strong ROAS track record

• Data-driven optimizer who lives in the metrics

• Can articulate brand positioning and messaging strategy

• Fluent in English and Cantonese

• Comfortable with LTV:CAC economics
