Senior Marketing Executive (Multimedia Design)

Major Duties:
(a) Create or adapt various graphics for promotional materials, such as social media channels, digital marketing visual and banners, website, events, and etc.;
(b) Collaborate with graphic/video production houses for visual/video production;
(c) Coordinate with internal and external parties for publication production, including brochures, leaflets, video editing, image retouching, and publication printing;
(d) Assist in organizing local and overseas Education Expo events;
(e) Assist in event photography for social medias usage; and
(f) Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office.

Requirements:
(a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
  (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
  (iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR
  (iv) A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
  (v) A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
* Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
^ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
(b) At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the capacity of Executive Assistant (or equivalent) rank;
(c) Experience in the tertiary education sector or design house will be an advantage;
(d) Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and etc.;
(e) Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; and
(f) Ability to work independently and be a good team player.

Notes:
(1) The post is at the rank of Executive Assistant I.
(2) The appointees may be required to work irregular hours or shifts and perform duties on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(3) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(4) The appointee(s) will work at Chai Wan Campus.
