Marketing and Management Trainee

Job Duties:
 

• Professional Training is provided with all round marketing skills in personal branding to execute digital marketing campaigns via fb, ig, red book, tiktok and offline event campaigns, etc to promote insurance service
• Arrange meetings with potential clients for the insurance packages
• Admin and ad hoc duties
• Provide risk and wealth management consultation service to customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above (Freshly graduates are welcome)
• "Non-local graduates staying in Hong kong employment plan" students, domestic graduates in Hong Kong (assistance in applying for IANG visa).
• Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V are preferred
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills as well as good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Have good interpersonal communication skills and expression skills, good at teamwork
• Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
• Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure timely resolution of customers/sales channels request and problems
• Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
