Administrative / Training Officer (Academy)

職位描述

Responsibility:

・    To provide administrative support to training programs, award presentation, events, conference and activities to members

・    To maintain and update all training materials according to the course developmental needs

・    To coordinate with different parties to enable smooth delivery of training programs

・    To design and execute marketing and promotional strategies to promote the training programs

・    Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

・        Associate degree holder or above; in any discipline

・        Min. 2 years of relevant working experience (Preferably with experience in an educational center/institution)

・        Good presentation, interpersonal, multitasking, and well organizing skills

・        Good spoken & written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

・        Familiar with MS office e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

・        Independent, outgoing, pleasant, and able to work under pressure
