The Roles:

As part of The Fashion-Pop (Retail Operation Team of DX design hub), this role will focus on:

1. Daily Retail Operations:

• Regular stock-taking
• Maintain the retail space in good standard
• Products on linesheet input on and withdraw from POS system regularly
• Customer services, data capture and incident report

2. Marketing:

Plan and develop social media contents, including photo-taking and copy writing

He/She will also assist in:

3. Visual Merchandising

• Product displays
• Remerchandising
• Mannequin dressing and styling
• Props and tools inventory

4. Events and Workshops

• Assist in communications with different stakeholders, including external brands/designers and vendors
• Handle logistics, coordination, monitoring of work progress, result evaluation and reporting

5. Administrative Works

• To ensure all documentation are in compliance with governance
• Handle financial and accounting processes for the team including quotation comparisons, purchase forms, contract approval, payment requests etc

6. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations. Experience in event management and/or visual merchandising is a plus;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Demonstrating a proactive and resourceful mindset, as well as possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
